Making your life easier is our number one priority. In addition to our fast, professional service, we also do our best to make sure that we're fun to work with so that we can build solid, long term relationships.

Here's an outline of how we do business. If you have questions that aren't covered, just ask.

Quotes

• For most projects, we quote an all inclusive flat fee.
• Projects include two revisions within 30 days at no extra charge, provided that the project specifications have not changed.
• New projects require a 50% deposit before work begins.
• For open ended jobs or additional revisions, hourly billing is available.

Payment

• A rush fee of 25% applies for jobs that require work on holidays / weekends, as well as for deadlines of 48 hours or less.
• Full payment is due on projects killed for any reason after the completion of copywriting.
• For projects killed prior to the completion of copywriting, payment is due for all hours invested up to that point.
• In addition to company check, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
